If you only browse: almost nothing — basic, anonymous statistics (which pages are visited, from which country). If you ask for a broker: the details you type in the form — your area, budget, unit size, when you want keys, your country, and your phone number. Projects you track are saved on your own device, not on our servers.

One reason: to connect you with the right broker and make the website better. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data — to anyone, ever.

Exactly one partner broker — the one matched to your request — and only after you press the send button. We never give your number to other brokers, marketing companies, or data resellers. If a partner broker misuses contact details, we remove them.

We use essential cookies (they make the website work) and simple, anonymous statistics. No advertising trackers. You can choose "Only basic" in the cookie banner and the website still works fully. You can delete cookies any time in your browser settings.

Form details are stored on secure servers. We keep them while your broker request is active and up to 24 months after, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time — one email is enough.

You can ask us: what data we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@offplanpal.com and we answer within 30 days. This policy follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

This website is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. Big changes will be announced on the website.
