OffPlanPal ("we", "us") is an information service about off-plan property projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This website is operated by OffPlanPal FZ-LLC. When you use this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We show information: construction progress, example payment plans, and developer history. We can also connect you with one licensed partner broker. We are NOT a real estate broker, agent, or developer. We do not sell property. We do not give financial, legal, or investment advice. Any decision to buy is yours alone.

We collect data from public records (DLD/RERA), developer announcements, and our own site checks. We work hard to keep it correct and update it every week, but we cannot promise it is always complete, current, or error-free. Payment plans shown on the site are examples only — every unit has its own plan. Always confirm the real numbers with your broker, the developer, and the Dubai Land Department before you pay anything.

If you send us your details, we share them with ONE partner broker that fits your request. The broker will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone. The broker is an independent, RERA-licensed company — not our employee. We are not responsible for the broker’s advice or actions, but we remove partners that buyers rate badly. The service is free for you: brokers pay us a referral fee, and your purchase price does not change because of it.

OffPlanPal is free for buyers. You do not need an account. We may change or stop parts of the service at any time.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy our data in bulk, scrape the website, resell our content, or use it to build a competing service. Developer names and logos belong to their owners; we show them only to identify projects.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OffPlanPal is not liable for any loss or damage — including money lost on a property purchase — that comes from using this website or from information shown on it. The website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
